For the mohawk,
The stem of the anchor has an internal thread. So it looks smooth on the outside but screws on the inside.

i had 2 anchors by my eyes but they grew out. il admit i think it my make up that caused that :(

sorry i need to look into that a little more myself im think about subdermals but i i dunno if i wanna do trans dermals

been checking out the corset piercing idea on the net and come across transdermal implanted versions, then i found pics of a double steel mohawk using the implants looks bloody great, but how do you fix stuff on to the anchors they look to smooth to have stuff clip on to them, and the pics ive seen the jewellery looks very heavy, any help here???
