Girl Who Leapt Through Time is a wonderful gorgeous film Kirei, love it ^_^
Fist of the North Star is awesomesauce too, the dude punches a fella and makes his eyeballs turn 180 degrees in his head, how can you not love that!
I love horror and for manga any of Ito Junji's early stuff is excellent for unique and different horror (Uzumaki is an excellent series!) - though avoid the film adaptations like the plague even if they do have the gorgeous Kou Shibasaki
I'm very excited to announce that my stage show is once again taking bookings!
Turns out I missed it so damn much I decided that it need a place once more in my life ... the act consists of traditional burlesque mixed with LOTS of gore and special FX. There are plans to expand the show with an additional person who I don't want to name yet BUT the thought of merging our two acts makes me get up in the morning with a new lust for life! This is going to be seven kinds of epic and should start taking shape at the end of this month. (!!!)

In other news ... The film RATLINE (that I've been going about for awhile) is drawing to close with its edit. The director, Eric Stanze, just let me watch the ending and I'm SO happy with it!!! This might be the greatest film project I've ever had my name attached to and I can't wait to share it with everyone :)
After last cut is made we'll start looking into distributor options ....

i really do like all of you freaky bizarre darlings... you know that right? it doesn't matter weather you think stargate sucks, or if you hate the doctor (i'm not putting words in your mouth, i'm just making a staement)... all of you are more than your oppnion, you are more than your thoughts and dreams, all of you are unique creative, some of you are a bit odd (even for me)... :D but, i do REALLY like all of you just the way you are, and don't you ever fucking forget it... because if you do, i'll have to come out to where you are and present to you a cheap thrill!

You're so right in that it comes and goes! I enjoy the novelty of 3D horror but I don't enjoy it on EVERY movie. (Like I think it's silly that the new SAW will be in 3D.) And it is stupid to pay more for something you don't have an option with.
Now a days I think studios are just looking for any gimmick that will draw people into the theater and keep them from downloading. I see this trend wearing out soon enough.
